Preparing
for Download - Things to do before you Start
Before you download and start the installation
of your purchase please review and perform the following helpful
steps, if they apply.
- Disable your Antivirus (temporarily)
Before downloading and starting your installation please
disable your antivirus. After installation completes
add our software's files to your antivirus exclusions
list before re-enabling. Full exclusion instructions
can be found HERE.
- Disable Windows UAC if on Windows Vista or 7
If you are using Windows Vista or 7 you will want to disable
the UAC feature, as shown in our how-to's HERE.

Step
1 - Click the download link on your order receipt
After your order completes you will
receive a download link on your web-receipt, and
via email. Below is what your email receipt will
look like (it may vary slightly from email client to email
client). You will want to look for the product download
link labeled 'Download Now'.

you click the link proceed to the next step. |

2 - Retrieve your product download
You will be directed to our website's download retrieval page to obtain your download. Enter in your order reference number located on your order receipt and your last name and click 'Retrieve Download' to retrieve the download for your purchase.
Note: As mentioned above, please disable your antivirus and antispyware prior to downloading to ensure they do not block our software's download. |

3 - Start downloading
Once you lookup your order, you can click the 'Download' button next to your product to start downloading. The download will appear similar to any of the following images, depending on your browser. Click 'Open' to open the completed download of our software.

4 - Install
Your download will open in Windows Explorer, or the software you have associated with Zip files. Within the downloaded zip file will be an installation executable (.exe) file. Double click it to start the installation process.
NOTE: If the downloaded zip file is missing an installation file then your antivirus or antispyware has interfered with the download. Please temporarily disable the antivirus/antispyware and download again. Visit our antivirus/antispyware exclusions
