Uninstalling SpyAgent

SpyAgent's client will not appear in the 'add/remove program files' folder if you have chosen not to use an uninstaller, you have several options for removing SpyAgent:

Manual Removal
Uninstall SpyAgent by deleting its program folder where it is installed (specified in the installation section) - Make sure the SpyAgent client is NOT running before you try to delete this folder.

Automatic Removal
Option 1: Click on "Menu"->'Program Options' in the SpyAgent interface, then choose 'Uninstall SpyAgent' from the menu. Confirm that you wish to uninstall SpyAgent.

Option 2: Close SpyAgent and download our automatic remover from here. When this removal tool is ran you will be asked if you want to remove SpyAgent. If you confirm, the SpyAgent software will be removed from your computer.

Note: After using either option please ensure the contents of your SpyAgent install folder have been fully removed to ensure full uninstallation has been completed.

Remote Removal
If you have configured SpyAgent to link to a SpyAnywhere Cloud account you can select your computer in your online account and use the 'Uninstall' button to remotely uninstall SpyAgent from the cloud. If the computer is not online the uninstall will proceed once the computer is online again to receive the uninstall command from the cloud.

Before uninstalling SpyAgent, uncheck any 'load on windows startup' options within SpyAgent's "General" options settings.

If you have chosen to use an uninstaller then you can remove the software via the Add/Remove Programs control panel.
