There may come a time when you want to pull Realtime-Spy off the PC you installed it on. This is a simple operation. To perform a remote uninstall login to your Realtime-Spy member's account and select the computer you want to uninstall the module from. Then click on the "Uninstall Computer" link. This will effectively uninstall the Realtime-Spy logging module from the remote computer. Uninstall Tool If the online uninstall function does not work for any reason, you can uninstall by using running the uninstall tool found here (password for the file is spytech). Run the tool until you receive a 'Cannot find running instance' message. |
