Antivirus/Antispyware Exclusions and Instructions
For proper antivirus/antispyware exclusions, please use the file exclusions and instructions listed for the product you are using below. If you are on a 64-bit version of Windows the install folder will be located in your c:\program files (x86)\ directory, rather than the usual c:\program files\ directory. If your antivirus does not accept folder exclusions then please add each file that is present within the installation folder to the exclusions list. The files listed below may be HIDDEN within Windows and may not appear to be present on your computer. To exclude SpyAgent from your antivirus/antispyware software, please instruct your software to ignore the following files:

If you are using a Norton/Symantec product you will want to add the signatures Spyware.Spytech, Spyware.Keylogger, and Spyware.NetVizor to the Signature Exclusions list. The files above should be entered in Norton/Symantec's Scan Exclusions and Auto-Protect Exclusions lists.

To exclude the Suite from your antivirus/antispyware software, please instruct your software to ignore the following files:
